Piers Morgan has joined social media users in mocking Ian Brown for sharing anti-vaccination tweets.
The Stone Roses frontman is a vocal anti-vaxxer, in September releasing an anti-lockdown song called “Little Seed Big Tree” referring to masks as “muzzles”.
Brown posted about the coronavirus vaccine again on Friday (26 February) night, writing: “I will NEVER sing to a crowd who must be vaccinated as a condition of attendance. NEVER EVER!”
“That’s up to Butlins, surely?” one commenter replied, with the tweet being liked nearly 10,000 times.
It was reshared by Morgan, who is a vocal supporter of the vaccination programme, with hand-clapping emojis.
The “savage” response was widely shared on Twitter, with social media users praising the “wonderful” comment.

“As much as I like Ian Brown, and love the Stone Roses, this is a brilliant reply,” one fan wrote.
“This verbal knee-capping of preening, anti-vax man-toddler Ian Brown is a work of art,” another tweet read.
“No more replies to Ian Brown’s latest attention-seeking tweet are required. He’s just been murdered,” another commenter joked.
Brown continued his rant on Saturday (27 February) morning, referring to vaccine passports as “stinking badges” and urging festival bosses not to use them.
