Piers Morgan planning to use US-born daughter to 'sneak' back into country for summer holiday

Piers Morgan has admitted that he is desperate to return to the US for a prolonged summer holiday - and is planning to use his daughter to 'sneak' back in.

America's top health expert Dr Anthony Fauci has said British holidaymakers can expect to be banned from travelling to the US for months under coronavirus restrictions.

But Piers is keen to find a way to return to the US for the summer and questioned whether he could use his daughter Elise.

"I think if you have a child who was born in the United States," Piers began.

Susanna interjected: "And has a right to go back."

"I think she can go in with parental guardian," Piers continued. "Or guardians and I need to have that clarified.

"You mean your entire family, your extended family?" Susanna laughed.

"My July/ August under a palm tree depends on the answer to that question," Piers quipped.

"The next one is - is it St Tropez or is it Los Angeles?" Susanna queried.

"Can I shamelessly use my daughter's birthplace in Los Angeles as my way in?" Piers asked. "Yes or no? I think I can."

"We need the US embassy to clarify that urgently," Susanna added jokingly.
