Piers Morgan mocked Susanna Reid's 'surgery' as they celebrated five years together on Good Morning Britain.
The GMB host, 55, had not been best pleased when Dr Hilary Jones took aim at him as he suggested that Susanna hadn't changed over the years, unlike Piers.
Panning over to the doctor, he quipped with a smirk: "You don't look a day older... Susanna."
Piers responded: "God, you're such a... you really are aren't you?!"
"I'm just saying," Dr Hilary grinned.
"Everyone thinks you're such a nice guy," Piers snarked.
"Doctors are trained to observe, that's all I'm saying," Dr Hilary remarked.
GMB then shared a side-by-side image of a more svelte Piers from five years and a recent picture of him on the show.
Piers insisted that it was "more of a camera angle" as Dr Hilary said he was "only joking".
But when a side-by-side photo of Susanna was shared, Piers remarked: "That's like a wax work dummy in both of them, actually."
Gasps were heard from the crew as Piers blasted her cheesy smile.
"To try to convince people that you're really lovely people, lovely smiley, happy people," Piers said, adding: "Here's Susanna from 2003 before the surgery."
An old photo of Susanna on the BBC was shared on screen and he commented: "You had quite chubby cheeks back then, didn't you?"
