Piers Morgan loses his temper at Susanna Reid on Good Morning Britain: ‘Stop interrupting me!’

Piers Morgan hit out at his Good Morning Britain co-host Susanna Reid after she interrupted him mid-way through a rant.

The presenter was left fuming after Reid used Morgan’s typical tactics against him in a bid to get her point across.

The spat began after Morgan lashed out at Killing Eve producer Phoebe Waller-Bridge for saying that it is “oddly empowering to see violent women on TV.”

An unimpressed Morgan hit out: “Imagine if a man said seeing men being violent is refreshing and oddly empowering.

“Imagine if a man said that, imagine what would happen to him, imagine if I said that! ”

Reid hit back: “Wait a minute, don’t you say that about James Bond? You say that about 007 that it’s empowering and manly. And when he wears the papoose it is disempowering and feminising.”

Attempting to cut in Morgan added: “Wait, wait. I haven’t’ finished yet! I didn’t say that, there’s no context!”

Interrupting Morgan, Reid carried on: “You do..”

Morgan clapped back: “Can I finish or not?”

The controversial host rolled his eyes adding that he “can’t say anything.”

“Welcome to my world!,” mocked Reid.

Unable to let it go Morgan lashed out at his co-host, telling her to “do something other than interrupting every two seconds”.

The hilarious exchange went down a treat with co-host Kate Garraway, who could be heard in the background in hysterics.

During Monday’s show Morgan also hit out at Gemma Collins’ boyfriend James Argent for picking on her weight during their break-up.

Morgan told the TOWIE star that he “wasn’t exactly in a position to lecture anybody about their weight”.

However, Argent went on to reveal that the pair are “fine” and have patched things up following a romantic trip to Paris.

Good Morning Britain is on ITV, weekdays at 6am
