Cheeky Piers Morgan was confident Meghan Markle had celebrated his departure from Good Morning Britain.
Sensationally Piers quit Good Morning Britain just hours after he stormed off set over a row about Meghan and he refused to apologise.
In good humour, the presenter quipped he was sure the Duchess of Sussex had been joyous over his exit and joked she may have enjoyed "crystal bashing" when she heard the news.
But Piers vowed the battle between them was far from over in the spotlight and he insisted Meghan would be in for a "big shock" if she thought she had "won".

In fact, the TV star was bragging he was "more popular" than ever before following his public attacks on her.
In his Daily Mail column, he wrote: "Well I am sure she had a wonderful, joyous series of venti latte celebrations or crystal bashing, whatever they do over there when she heard."
He added: "She thinks she’s beaten me? She might be in for a surprise, because I suspect I’ll be back soon.
"If Meghan thinks she has cancelled me or won the battle, she's in for a big shock. I've never been more popular."

Ofcom received more than 41,000 complaints for Piers' remarks about Harry and Meghan on Good Morning Britain before he quit.
Piers claimed he didn't believe a word Meghan said during her chat with Oprah including her mental health.
His comments caused a stir on Good Morning Britain and he had a spat with the weatherman Alex Beresford.

Meghan and Harry stepped back from their royal duties in 2018 before they moved across the pond.
The couple have been expecting their baby girl and they live with their son Archie in a sprawling mansion in Los Angeles.
They have been living among their celebrity friends as they make a new life for themselves out of the royal circles.
Harry has been talking about his own mental health for new Apple TV+ documentary The Me You Can't See.
