Susanna Reid was mortified today after Piers Morgan made some shocking allegations about her late night activities.
The presenter was left red-faced after being asked why she was looking so "perky" at the start of Good Morning Britain.
After admitting she was feeling happy, Piers questioned why his co-host was in such a good mood.
He said: "You're very perky. Something has happened. I said 'why are you perky?' She went 'I had a good night's sleep'. I said 'no, no, no, that's the happy face you give me when you've had no sleep'."
Stunned Susanna was left speechless and looked straight at the camera as she shook her head.
She then collapsed to the desk when Barry White music started flooding into the studio.
All of the GMB presenters burst out laughing, including embarrassed Susanna.
Piers said: "So the mystery continues. That's Susanna's really happy face. I know you too well."
Susanna, who recently split from Crystal Palace chairman Steve Parish, adamantly denied the allegations.
Hitting back, she said: "The reason I can laugh at that is I literally went to bed at 7.30 last night."
Piers took her point on board, claiming she definitely spent a lot of her night in the bedroom.
He said: "I don't think the fact you spent hours in bed is up for question. It's what you were doing there."
Refusing to give in, Susanna replied: "Just me on my own."
