Piers Morgan is said to be in talks with Simon Cowell about a new TV project after he quit Good Morning Britain this week.
The TV host, 55, has reportedly been "bombarded with offers" since he walked out of the show following the huge backlash over his comments about Meghan Markle.
Last week, Piers met up with Simon and they were said to be discussing the possibility of working together, before he'd even left GMB.
A source told The Sun : "During their three- hour walk, Piers and Simon discussed the possibility of working together, and the hope is that Piers will come on board.

"The format needs shaking up, and obviously Piers has form with this."
The duo previously worked together on Britain's Got Talent.
And it's not just Simon who is eyeing up Piers for his next gig, the source claimed.
They added: "Overnight he was flooded with offers and suggestions for new deals — some pretty interesting ones, plus a few wild and wacky offers which he had a laugh about."

They went on: "Piers won't be making any major announcements just yet though."
The Mirror has contacted reps for Piers Morgan and Simon Cowell for comment.
OfCom received over 40,000 complaints about Piers' comments about the Duchess of Sussex.

He said he refused to believe anything she said during her interview with Oprah Winfrey, including her admission that she felt suicidal while she was still a working member of the Royal Family.
On Tuesday night it was announced that Piers had quit the show, with ITV saying in a statement: "Following discussions with ITV, Piers Morgan has decided now is the time to leave Good Morning Britain.
"ITV has accepted this decision and has nothing further to add."

Piers tweeted on Wednesday: "On Monday, I said I didn't believe Meghan Markle in her Oprah interview.
"I've had time to reflect on this opinion, and I still don't. If you did, OK.
"Freedom of speech is a hill I'm happy to die on.
"Thanks for all the love, and hate. I'm off to spend more time with my opinions."
