Piers Morgan 'eats his words' over Ranvir finally breaking the 'GMB Strictly curse'

Piers Morgan was forced to eat his words tonight as he addressed Good Morning Britain colleague Ranvir Singh on It Takes Two tonight.

The GMB presenter, 55, admitted that he was stunned that Ranvir was "actually really good" and that she might win.

This comes after years of bad luck for GMB presenters on the BBC dancing show, including Kate Garraway and Charlotte Hawkins.

Piers made a surprise appearance on Strictly's spin-off show tonight as Ranvir appeared alongside pro partner Giovanni Pernice.

"This is getting exciting - we finally have broken our own Strictly curse - Ranvir, bring the trophy home!"

Laughing, Zoe exclaimed: "This is great stuff!"

"Love that!" Ranvir replied, appearing taken aback.

Ranvir rose to the top of the leaderboard on Saturday after wowing the judges with her Foxtrot, scoring three nines and achieving the highest score of the series.
