Piers Morgan calls Prince Harry 'pathetic' on GMB and clashes with Susanna Reid

Piers Morgan has once again made his displeasure with Prince Harry very clear.

The Good Morning Britain host laid into the Duke of Sussex, following a speech the Royal made last night (January 19).

Piers dubbed Prince Harry "pathetic" and "whiny", getting into a row with co-host Susanna Reid.

Prince Harry told his charity Sentebale he was stepping down from royal duties "with great sadness", and said he had "no other option".

And this is what seemed to particularly rile Piers, Mirror Online reports.

Speaking on GMB this morning (January 20), he said: "He had a choice.

"Let's be quite clear. Prince Harry had a choice - do your duty, like everybody else in the royal family, and get all the palaces and all the servants."

But Susanna fired back at him, asking Piers "why he has to act like that".

"Yes, so he's decided to give up all the palaces and the servants and the royal funding and he wants to have a more peaceful life." Susanna said.

"And I don't know why you have to keep having a go at him!"

It didn't take long before the duo were engaged in a seriously fiery argument as they butted heads over Harry's decision to step down.

Piers then sarcastically added: "Oh, poor Harry!"

Susanna hit back: "Why do you have to act like that?"

"Oh, because it's pathetic." Piers said.

Susanna interjected: "It's not pathetic!"

Piers continued: "When you say 'why don't we leave them alone?' he literally made a speech last night whining again!"

"He wasn't whining" Susanna added.

This is not the first time Piers has ranted about the royal couple's decision.

Earlier this month, he posted a series of tweets saying the way Harry and Meghan had treated the Queen was "disgraceful".
