Piers Morgan and Susanna Reid prepare for GMB comeback as fans beg hosts to return

Piers Morgan and Susanna Reid are returning to Good Morning Britain tomorrow.

The controversial TV host, 55, and his co-star, 49, will be back due to popular demand following their annual summer break.

Both the presenters have taken some well-needed time off in recent weeks, after departing the show in July.

However fans are begging for the hosts to return to work, and they are set to be on screens from Tuesday September 1.

Piers shared a video on Instagram highlighting his best bits from the daytime show.

He wrote: "We're back Tuesday."

And viewers of the ITV breakfast show were pleased to hear Piers is making his return to the show.

"Cannot wait!" a second person shared.

A third commented: "Hallelujah. You have been sooooo missed."

Piers also seems to be excited for his return, as he often likes to share his strong opinions with fans.

He spent most of the holidays in the south of France with his wife Celia Walden and their kids.

However, their lavish break didn't end as well as expected when they were burgled on their final day.

Upon their return, the official Good Morning Britain account tweeted: "'We'll continue to ask the difficult questions.'"

" @piersmorgan and @susannareid100 return to #GMB on Tuesday 1 September.

"Don't miss it. Tune in to GMB on ITV and on the ITV Hub."
