Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has been compared to Thierry Henry after his stunning goal for Arsenal against Liverpool in the FA Community Shield.
Aubameyang fired the Gunners ahead after less than 15 minutes at Wembley, beating Alisson from range with a stunning strike.
The forward was the club's top goal-scorer last season with 22 Premier League goals and scored an additional 22 Premier League goals the previous campaign.
But the 31-year-old only has one year left on his Arsenal contract and both Barcelona and Inter Milan have been linked with the services of the Gabon international.
However, recent reports have indicated that the forward is closing to extending his stay at the Emirates, and Clinton Morrison believes it is vital Aubameyang stays.
"Arteta should be running now and getting that contract signed on the pitch,” he told BBC 5 Live during the Community Shield final.
"It is a fantastic finish. We talk about Thierry Henry and the similarities, but that is a Thierry Henry finish.
"I'm now going to call it an Aubameyang. He whips it into the bottom corner. That is why he is a special player.
"It has to be a tremendous finish to beat someone as good as Alisson.
"Jurgen Klopp is nodding his head."
