Arsenal striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has issued an update on his contract discussions with the club, confirming that talks are ongoing.
The Gunners captain became the fastest player in the club's history to hit 50 Premier League goals, finding the net twice in the resounding victory against Norwich City.
After Bukayo Saka signed a new long-term deal ahead of that match, Arsenal fans are now hoping that Aubameyang follows suit - but he hasn't given too much away.
"I'm really happy that Bukayo signed 'the ting'. Now, we'll see. We'll talk with the club and we're going to see what happens," he told BT Sport.
"First of all, I'm going to focus on these games to end the season. As I said, since Mikel came in we are doing well and we're working very well. We have good signs that we are improving."
Aubameyang's goals helped Arsenal to their third win in a row across all competitions, raising the club to seventh in the table in the current standings.
"I'm really proud but first of all I'm proud of the team for what we did today. We deserved the win because we did a great job. Everyone is working very well today so I'm very happy and proud.
"I'm really happy today, my performance was I think good. I'm always happy to score goals and to win games."
Aubameyang has less than 12 months remaining on his contract at the Emirates Stadium and could leave this summer if a new deal cannot be agreed.
