RTE's Today had a new look about it as chairs were spread out in a bid to facilitate social distancing.
The Government is urging the public to take up the practice as over 550 people in Ireland were confirmed as having coronavirus.
Hosts Maura Derrane and Daithi O Se were seated separately on Thursday's programme.
And the panel of guests, who are usually nestled comfortably beside each other, were also sitting apart.
Guests will also sit further away from the two presenters after the revamp.
