A Dublin dog had her day after she was rescued from a house fire by brave firefighters.
Pictures show Roo the dog looking a little ruff after the Dublin Fire Brigade crew retriever from the blaze on South Summer Street last night.
Firefighters from the Tara Street and Dolphins Barn stations extinguished the fire while wearing breathing apparatus.
In pictures shared by Dublin Fire Brigade on Twitter, little Roo’s family looks pawsitively delighted to be reunited with their beloved pooch.
