Somewhere quite local to try is Cathkin Braes Country Park.
This is a great area for dog walking, mountain biking and relaxing walks.
There are various different pathways which can give you different options. From woodland walks to open fields.
It also boasts one of the best views around. At certain points you can get clear views looking right across central Glasgow and beyond.
It is also one of my go to spots for spectacular sunsets.
Trust me, it’s breathtaking.
As we head into the autumn the forrest walks will bursting full of beautiful colours.
Cathkin Braes are well-worth exploring to see what you can find.
