Picture Scotland: Perfectly timed photo shows Glasgow Billy Connolly mural 'catch' seagull

A mural of Billy Connolly appears to be trying to catch a real seagull in this perfectly timed photo.

Neil Adams struck gold with his winning image of Jack Vettriano’s giant painting on Dixon Street in Glasgow.

He said: "Comic Timing! Thanks go to the seagull for making this photograph of Jack Vettriano's mural of Billy Connolly even better. Glasgow's Mural Trail really cheered up so many people during Lockdown."

Elsewhere, Dundee’s V&A is illuminated by the moon in a pic by Gordon Rogers, and Glencoe’s majesty, by Mark Reynolds, captured the imagination.
