Pick your Liverpool team to play Southampton in Premier League

After Liverpool won another trophy on Saturday, defeating Chelsea 6-5 on penalties to secure the FA Cup as they continue the quest for an unprecedented quadruple, Jurgen Klopp has now landed yet another competition during his time at Anfield.

They’ve been offered a beacon of hope that a quadruple could become a reality after Manchester City dropped points, drawing 2-2 at West Ham on Sunday. It’s another busy week for the Reds as they head to Southampton on Tuesday hoping to close the gap on City to just one point, before Sunday's Premier League finale against Wolves.

Both Mohamed Salah and Virgil van Dijk limped off with injuries at Wembley and Klopp confirmed the duo would miss the trip to St Mary's. When pressed on what sort of team he would line up with, the German admitted he will have to rotate his side.

He said: "This process is not finished yet because we only played the 120 minutes two days ago. Imagine we go there with eight players who played 120 minutes. It makes no sense. That’s why we have to make changes, I don't know how many but I will talk to the players."

With Klopp's promise to use his squad players tonight, who do you think should be named in the starting line-up for the trip to Southampton? Pick your team below:
