Pick the Bolton Wanderers team you want Ian Evatt to select against Salford City

Bolton Wanderers return to action in League Two when they take on Salford City for the first ever competitive meeting between the two sides.

The Trotters take on the Ammies in a 7.45 kick-off on Friday, November 13, which is being shown live on Sky Sports.

It will see Ian Evatt's side take on a Salford outfit which now has a new manager in place in the dugout in the form of ex-Swindon Town boss Richie Wellens.

Salford head to the University of Bolton Stadium sitting 10th in the League Two table, six points and 10 places ahead of Wanderers.

For the match, Bolton are set to be boosted with the potential return to the squad of some big absentees.

Defender Gethin Jones and striker Eoin Doyle have returned to training this week and could be involved in some form against the Ammies.

The Trotters' squad options have also been expanded recently with the return of forward Shaun Miller and winger Lloyd Isgrove.

However, there has been a blow of late with confirmation that defender Harry Brockbank is poised to be out for between six and eight weeks with a hamstring problem.

The last time Wanderers took to the pitch in last weekend's FA Cup loss to Crewe Alexandra, Liam Gordon took Brockbank's place at left wing back.

The team will be revealed around an hour before kick-off at University of Bolton Stadium.
