The partnership for Nike and Paul George with NASA took another step recently as it was reported that another shoe themed around the space agency would drop soon.
On Wednesday, we got our first look at that new shoe.
The first installment of the new PG3 came out at the beginning of the year in a “NASA” colorway. The launch of the shoe was equipped with several references to NASA and George even visited Kennedy Space Center in Cape Canaveral, Fla., when the Thunder were on the road last month.
With the next collab between NASA and Nike expected to drop next month, photos of the “Apollo Missions” have surfaced. The design is dedicated to the 50th anniversary of the Apollo 11 mission that sent the first two men to the moon.
The latest signature shoe by George has become quite popular with fans and even with players in the NBA with several donning his look. George has made it a goal to make a shoe that other players like to wear.
With the “Apollo Missions” set for release next month, we should soon see George wearing them on the court. We can’t wait to see them out on the hardwood.
