Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche’s nomination moved out of committee. And candidates for the GOP nomination to replace Sen. Lindsey Graham on the ballot in South Carolina campaigned in advance of next week’s special primary election. CQ Roll Call photojournalists were there to capture the action.
