Photos of the inside of this £1.3 million house for sale have left Twitter users feeling 'ill'

Photos of the inside of a £1.3 million house on Rightmove have left people on Twitter feeling unwell.

The five-bedroom detached home in Middlesex promises a family-friendly location, bright spaces and a conservatory leading to a patio area and spacious garden behind.

It might look idyllic from the outside - but there's something about the inside that social media users just can't seem to get on board with, reports the Mirror.

So. Many. Sockets. (rightmove.co.uk)

Almost every single room seems to be inexplicably covered with plug sockets.

Sockets stacked on top of each other plaster the walls and line the windows - and some of them don't even line up.

A post  on Twitter from Toby Davis, which has since had around 6,000 likes and 2,000 retweets, first picked up on the excessive socket placement.

He wrote: "Thinking about buying this house, but I'm not sure it has enough plug sockets," and later added "or downlighters".

With the owners clearly having never laid eyes on a multi-plug adapter, people were left completely baffled as to what all the outlets were possibly used for.

Unfortunately, the online description fails to address quite why there are so many sockets - but some had their own ideas.

Questions include "were they running the CIA from the front room?" and "was this an electrician's training centre at one point?".

Another joked the last electricity bill for the quarter was more than the price of the house, while one commented: "That genuinely makes me feel ill."

But it could be the perfect property for one lucky electricity fan as the large home offers three bathrooms, a garage and a lovely breakfast bar.
