The Oklahoma City Thunder suffered their first defeat of the season in their home opener against the Denver Nuggets in a 128-95 loss. The loss drops the Thunder’s record to 2-1 on the season.

In the 33-point loss, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander had one of his worst games in recent memory. He was held to seven points on 2-of-16 shooting and seven assists. In his home debut, Chet Holmgren had 19 points and four rebounds.

Meanwhile, the Nuggets were led by two-time MVP Nikola Jokic, who had 28 points, 14 rebounds and five assists.
