The Oklahoma City Thunder wrapped up a four-game road trip with an impressive 102-97 win over the Minnesota Timberwolves on Saturday.
In a matchup between the top two teams in the Western Conference standings, OKC chopped down Minnesota’s lead to one game with the victory.
The low-scoring affair saw both teams struggle to generate points. The Timberwolves forced the Thunder to play stagnantly, shooting below 40% from the field.
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander led the way with 33 points and six assists, including 11 points in the fourth quarter. Jalen Williams contributed with 20 points and five rebounds.
Anthony Edwards was limited to 19 points and missed a chance to tie it up near the end of regulation with three missed free throws.
