Photographer Jimmy Nelson puts 'The Last Sentinels' in the frame with multimedia show

ENCORE! © Jimmy Nelson BV

From the tribesmen of Papua New Guinea to Kazakh eagle hunters in Mongolia, photographer Jimmy Nelson has created an audiovisual odyssey for his latest series of images "The Last Sentinels". Created with the Atelier des Lumières in Paris, his encounters with indigenous communities around the world are on show in the form of an immersive, audiovisual experience.

Nelson joins us in the studio to tell us more about how the people he met taught him to live in the moment, developing a "respectful eye" and why blending fact and fiction in fine art photography can reveal some uncomfortable truths for the viewer.

We also take a look at the work of Sarah Moon, the fashion photographer who has described her ghostly images as "stills from a fictional film that she'll never direct".
