With pubs and restaurants finally reopening their doors after three long months of lockdown, Leo Varadkar had a long-awaited dinner date with his partner Matthew Barrett.
The Tanaiste posted a rather sweet picture of the two of them enjoying a meal at Las Tapas De Lola on Wexford Street in Dublin.
He urged people to support local businesses as they tucked into dinner.
But the limelight was stolen by a rather delighted-looking fella outside enjoying a pint who took the opportunity to photobomb them.
One amused Dublin Live reader told us: "I want a statue of that man. He will be remembered for generations."
Twitter users have been entertained by the picture with one person saying: "Look at the fella outside the window, he’s only delighted."
Another person said: "Loving the photobomber...they'll be more infamous than you two tonight."
A third user said: "The best part of this is the photobomb in the background."
