A shocking photo of the aftermath of a high-speed collision show intense vehicle damage in West Dublin.
Tallaght Ambulance Base posted the photos on twitter, showing the state of the van after the horror crash.
They added that motorists should "take extra care driving in poor weather conditions".
The single vehicle smash took place earlier this morning.
Dublin Fire Brigade attended the scene to assist the ambulances that arrived to the incident.
Tallaght Ambulance base told Dublin Live: "There was one person injured, not seriously, was treated at the scene by National Ambulance Service & DFB".
"A lucky escape considering damage to van."
The injured person was treated at the scene and did not need to go to hospital.
