Photo: James Harden wore a $3,000 outfit to Game 5

Even the most casual NBA fan knows that James Harden is one of the most stylish and swaggy guys in the league.

The reigning MVP showed up to the Toyota Center for Game 5 on Wednesday dripping in a matching Dolce & Gabbana graffiti print shirt and pants, paired with Valentino sneakers.

According to the Houston Chronicle, the Dolce & Gabbana shirt sells for $1,075 and the matching track pants go for $1,237. The Valentino Bounce low-top sneakers sell for $895. This means Harden’s pregame outfit was worth more than $3,000.

And it was clearly worth it!

Harden led the Rockets to a Game 5 win over the Utah Jazz, giving them the first-round series win and sending them to the Western Conference semifinals for the third straight season.

Harden also wore his chain honoring the late rapper Nipsey Hussle. Harden wore the same chain, which features a picture of Nipsey Hussle on it, before and after Game 2.

The late rapper was murdered on March 31. He and Harden went to the same middle school in Los Angeles and remained friends in the years following, often spotted hanging out in L.A.

“He’s one of my close friends,” Harden told reporters after Game 2. “This journey that I’m on is for him, it’s plain and simple.”

Harden has been wearing some pricy and loud clothes this year. And it makes sense, since he’s making $30 million this season with the Rockets and also has multiple endorsement deals off the court.
