Phone lines are down at a busy Perth GP practice.
Patients calling Whitefriars’ red and green practices are not able to get through today (Friday, February 7).
The practice says it apologises to patients for the inconvenience.
A spokesperson said: “Whitefriars red and green practices in Perth have no telephone system at the moment.
“Patients calling the practice may be asked to hold, however calls are not being transferred to reception staff.
“If you have a medical emergency please call 999 or you can contact NHS 24 on 111 for non-urgent matters.
“Patients are welcome to call at the practice in person.
“The practice apologises for the inconvenience.”
