Phillip Schofield unveils lockdown body transformation with 'tiny guns'

Phillip Schofield has revealed that he has been transforming his body during lockdown as he shared the results with his fans.

The TV presenter, 58, has remained on our sceens throughout the coronavirus pandemic, presenting This Morning with Holly Willoughby every week.

And all along he has been on a secret fitness plan, as he told his 3.1 million Instagram followers on Friday that he has thrown himself into fitness training during the third lockdown.

Taking to his Stories, he posted a picture of his muscular arm, proudly saying that he is now the proud owner of a set of "tiny guns".

Phil did not add any more detail about what sort of training he's been doing.

The telly star is no doubt getting ready for all the big plans he's made for when lockdown finally comes to an end.

Earlier this week Phil shared a picture of his kitchen chalkboard, on which he'd written what he'll be doing as the restrictions finally lift.

On the board, he scribbled: "March 8th sit on a bench outside with one friend," and below that he added: "March 29th invite six people to the garden. See mum/see family."

He went on: "April 12th haircut/ have a drink and eat outside!" and then he wrote: "May 17th Go to the cinema, have two households over. Holiday? Eat in a restaurant!"

The list concluded with: "June 21st Hug everyone!!!??"
