Phillip Schofield was floored by a comment made by a guest on today's This Morning show.
The 59-year-old presenter was joined on Tuesday's edition of ITV's flagship daytime programme by regular co-host Holly Willoughby.
They interviewed their 'all-time favourite guest' Miriam Margolyes - who was appearing on the show to promote her new memoirs, This Much is True.

The 80-year-old actress' straight talking appearances on This Morning have become the stuff of legend - as Holly and Phil have regularly had to apologise after the BAFTA award-winning star has dropped an expletive on-air.
She addressed her reputation during the interview today - and she revealed how there was no point writing her book if she wouldn't be honest.
She said: "I can't handle lies - and that's why I just try to tell it as it is."
Miriam Margoyles is a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community - but says one of her biggest regrets was how she came out to her parents - after her mum suffered a stroke not long after she delivered the news.
She went on to praise Phillip Schofield for the courageous manner in which he opened up about his sexuality last year.
She said: "You've been very brave. You came out. I sort of thought you might be gay when I met you because you're a bit camp - and I suppose I'm a bit camp."
Miriam and Holly both erupted with laughter - before Phil quipped: "I think most people in telly are a bit camp if I'm honest."
Fans took to Twitter in hysterics at the exchange.
One user said: "My God ..... AWKS."
Another added: "Phil has no idea how to react."
A third said: "You’ve gotta love Miriam says you’re a bit camp to Phil effortlessly."
A fourth said: "She always delivers. Long live Miriam Margolyes."
A fifth posted: "PLEASE give @Miriammargolyes her own show!! She is just fabulous. Would have to be after watershed though."
*This Morning airs at 10am on weekdays on ITV and ITVHub
