Phillip Schofield has been slapped with 51 Ofcom complaints for his brutal dig at US President Donald Trump earlier this month.
This Morning presenter Phil, 58, and Holly Willoughby addressed the president's comments that he was taking hydroxychloroquine to prevent coronavirus - which spurred on Phil's remark.
While some fans took it to mean that he was sad he wasn't alive, Phil clarified on Twitter that he actually meant that he was sad he was "still in the office".
Dr Hilary Jones warned that there were a number of troubling consequences of using the unproven drug, including heart failure.
But at the beginning to the debate, Phil remarked flippantly: "Sadly, Donald Trump is still here."

His comment infuriated some viewers, who branded it "unacceptable".
A whopping 51 complaints were made about Phil on the same day.

A spokesman for Ofcom told Sun Online: "Of the 51 complaints about This Morning we can confirm that the majority are about Phillip's comments about Donald Trump."
Fans took to Twitter to share their opinions on the remark, as most viewers fumed over Phil's comment.

One tweeted: "@Schofe what happened to be kind? Saying unfortunately a person is still here? #ThisMorning."
While another commented: "#thismorning “He still here, Sadly” - Phil Schofleld about Trump Erm.... strange comment. And now they are asking Matthew Wright about it Donald Trump Christ almighty!!"
A third wrote: "@thismorning think @Schofe comment regarding @realDonaldTrump is disgusting and he should be made to make an apology or he shouldn’t be on the TV anymore as these comments are not acceptable #ThisMorning."
However Phil clarified what he meant on Twitter, writing: "Still in OFFICE!! Not still alive FFS!!!"
