It is not often you seen Phillip Schofield struggling for words, but he was left speechless today as the woman with the biggest breasts in the world appeared on This Morning.
Martina Big hit the headlines after claiming she had changed her race to become a black woman with the help of tanning injections.
But she isn’t finished transforming her look. After going under the knife again a few weeks ago, Martina is now just four inches away from having the biggest boobs in the world.
The implants can each hold 20 litres - which is the equivalent of two water coolers on her chest.
She stunned Phillip when she told him: "When I'm really old, I'm pretty sure I'll go a little bit down, but now I'm going bigger, bigger and bigger. I like big breasts!
"I have had a specially made sports bra and I've been training my back muscles so they can take the weight.
"I can see them growing and feel them growing as they pump the saline in."
Phillip asked how she was going to handle that weight.
He said: "Not all doctors are prepared to do it are they?
"I mean how are you going to sleep and bending down to put shoes on must be so hard."
Martina said she would sleep on her back and get her husband to help her put her shoes on.
Martina said that when she is older she will reduce them - but said she wasn't done with surgery yet, as she said she also wanted bum implants.
Viewers were shocked by her surgery.
