Phillip Schofield was all smiles on This Morning today as he returned to the show following his heartfelt coming out.
On Friday, Phillip who is married with daughters, made the announcement on his Instagram account.
In it he thanked his friends, in particular best friend Holly, and wrote: "My friends are the best, especially Holly, who has been so kind and wise and who has hugged me as I sobbed on her shoulder."
The dad-of-two's lengthy statement also praised his family for supporting him.
Returning to This Morning today as a host alongside Holly, Phil was all smiles.
He had a surprise for Holly, who is celebrating her 39th birthday today, presenting her with a large birthday cake.
Wishing her a happy birthday, Phil asked Juliet Sears to create Holly a special celebration cake.
Holly was extremely happy, especially after learning the cake was made of buttercream.
Phil Vickery also alluded to the pair going out later and hitting the tequila shots.
