Phillip Schofield appeared to suggest that he consumes more than the recommended amount of alcohol in a week as he hosted Tuesday's This Morning.
Phillip and his co-host Holly Willoughby invited Doctor Philippa Kaye onto the ITV show to discuss hangovers and how to avoid them during the festive season.
The TV duo were seen giggling as they admitted they're very much aware of what a hangover is and what it feels like.
Phillip began: "With Christmas season fast approaching, many of us are in the midst of a long headache..." before joking: "Mine started in April!"
Holly then added: "There are measures you can take to get ahead of your Christmas party hangover and Doctor Philippa joins us now."

As the segment began, Phillip suggested that the unit guidelines are "tricky" and asked the health professional to confirm what a unit is.
When she revealed that an average bottle of standard strength wine has 10 units in it, Phillip was seen making a funny face.
The recommended weekly amount of alcohol is 14 units, so Dr Philippa explained that if you drink two bottles of wine a week, that's 20 units that you're consuming.

Holly then said: "Okay, so a hangover, what is it? I mean, I say that, I know! But for those that don't, can you explain it?"
Dr Philippa then listed all the side effects of drinking alcohol such as feeling dehydrated and not sleeping very well.
Phillip commented after: "We have had a pretty rubbish two years and so rather than say, 'well don't drink at Christmas', which I think quite frankly, we all deserve a drink. How do you avoid a hangover?
"I mean, I always get back and just drink loads and loads of water," he then revealed.
This Morning airs weekdays at 10am on ITV and ITV HUb.
