Phillip Schofield confronted a lying viewer playing Spin to Win on This Morning today - but was left cringing after discovering her job title.
Holly Willoughby and Phil had been presenting their daily Spin to Win competition.
The pair rang the first person who said "hello", frustrating the pair after they failed to say the pass phrase.
They then rang the second person and Holly put her hand in front of her mouth, trying not to grin.
Phil asked: "Are we calling the same woman?"
"An apple a day," the caller replied with.
Phil responded: "Hold on, hold on. Did we just call you?"
Rather than reply to Phil, the caller awkwardly repeated the pass phrase.
Phil persisted: "Did we just call you?"
"Only just now," she replied as Holly laughed.
Phil said to Holly: "I think this could be the first time that our team have called the same person twice."
After Phil explaining that they had a problem upstairs, Holly interjected asking what the caller's name was.
She replied that her name was Caroline and Holly asked: "Now Caroline, I'm asking you to be a very honest lady now. Have we just rung you up and you said hello and we hung up on you?"
"No, I just said an apple a day," Caroline replied.
As Phil looked perplexed, Holly announced: "Well, in that case let's play!"
Phil asked her: "Really? Really though?"
"I believe her," Holly insisted.
"I don't," Phil replied. "Caroline certainly wasn't going to own up to it, was she?"
The pair then spun the wheel and Caroline won £3,000.
She then revealed that she was working as an NHS administrator."
Phil replied: "Ah, then suddenly, everything is alright! Which is marvellous."
