Phillip Schofield was left overcome with emotion as he received a Christmas present from Holly Willoughby.
The This Morning duo will return to screens on Christmas Day after wrapping up their hosting duties earlier this month.
Holly and Phil, who have hosted the ITV show together since 2009, will reunite for the special festive edition on December 25.
The specially recorded show officially starts with the excited hosts - accompanied with a mix of Bucks Fizz and Negroni drinks - wish the nation a 'Merry Christmas' before Holly says: "Has he been?... It’s the most wonderful time of the year and we’re delighted to be spending it with you!"

Phillip then adds: "Whether you are busy opening your presents right now, or you're tucking into chocolate or having a well-deserved lie in… and whether you're with family or friends or on your own this year, we’re here throughout the morning."
Later in the show it's time for the friends and co-stars to exchange gifts.
And Holly went for something a bit different.
The mum-of-three recorded a special poem with Tom Foolery for Phillip after he did the same for her 40th birthday earlier this year.
Tom joined Holly in the This Morning studio to record the poem which was then played to Phil.

The poem read: "For my birthday this year you conspired with Tom, with our poem for Holly’s special day
"Well in life what goes around always comes back, so now it’s our words headed your way.
"If there’s one thing we know Christmas is for, it’s for telling your loved one we care
"And for over a decade we’ve shared so many moments, and from my first day you’ve always been there.
"With his iconic locks, he’s a sauve silver fox, with a voice you could never mistake.
"From our couch on This Morning, we’ve seen many days dawning, with shenanigans saved for the break.

"No matter who we have on you know the right things to say, you are kind and put people at ease
"And though you do make me jump, we always have a good laugh.
"Helped with the naughtiness of Miriam Margolyes, whether it’s our Portuguese gaunts or a bike ride together, you are genuine with candour and wit
"And from all the times that we’ve played Spin To Win, there’s not much better than a bonus bag of shi-...
"Schitts Creek we both know has you completely obsessed, and I’m so grateful you came to see my new show
"Thank you for embracing my sound baths and spirituality, and life’s complete now you’ve met Moira Rose
"I can never express to you the difference it made to spend lockdown at work with a best mate
"We’ve shared book birthdays and three times you’ve welcomed me here, you’ve been there for me through to this date

"So as we wrap up this rhyme and we wish you a Christmas divine, we have one thing left to say that is true
"You’ve been a mentor and friend and I hope that won’t end, and all I want for Christmas is that you keep being you!"
Looking emotional, Phillip blew a kiss to Holly, who replied, “I really want to hug you right now and I know we can’t… but that’s very true.”
As it finished, Phillip said: "Thank you so much. What a lovely present. It’s beautiful, and thank you Tom as well, thank you so much," while wiping a tear from his eye.
And the presenter ddn't forget about Holly either.
As the newest addition to Holly’s family, puppy Bailey, makes an appearance on the show she discovers one of her gifts from Phillip is a jumper to match her pet pooch.
This Morning's Christmas Day show airs tomorrow (Saturday, December 25) from 10am on ITV and ITV Hub.
