Barcelona manager Ernesto Valverde will offer Philippe Coutinho a chance to shine next month before making a decision on his future at the Nou Camp.
Coutinho has largely underwhelmed since signing for the Spanish giants in a club record £142million from Liverpool in January last year.
The Brazilian has struggled to cement a regular starting berth under Valverde, and recent reports have linked the player with a return to England with Manchester United .
The former Anfield favourite has scored just four goals and provided two assists in 26 La Liga appearances this term, 16 of which have been starts.

And, according to Spanish daily Sport , club chiefs will meet with Coutinho’s representatives after their Champions League quarter-final showdown with Manchester United to assess his future.
Those two encounters are among eight game Barca face in April, and it’s been reported that Valverde will give him more playing time to prove his worth.
That offers Coutinho a huge opportunity to win over the Nou Camp faithful who are yet to embrace the 26-year-old playmaker.

Barca remain hopeful that the forward, who dazzled in the Premier League with Liverpool before sealing his move to Spain, can still show his true potential at the club.
They are reluctant to sell their club-record transfer, but are potentially open to the idea of parting ways if all parties agreed.
However Coutinho is a popular figure in the Barca dressing room and there are hopes that he could still become an integral part of the Barca squad.
