Philippe Coutinho has been given the 'OK' to join a Premier League club on loan in the summer transfer window, according to reports.
Coutinho completed a £142million transfer from Liverpool to Barcelona back in 2018, but failed to shine in Spain and was sent out on loan to Bayern Munich.
The Brazilian playmaker's form has been hit and miss in Germany, and the Bundesliga giants currently have no plans to make the loan switch permanent.
This leaves Coutinho in limbo, although he will not be short of potential suitors come the end of the season given his quality on the ball.
According to Spanish publication Sport, via Sport Witness, Barcelona have given Coutinho the 'OK' to join a Premier League club in the summer window, with Tottenham at the top of this list.
Spurs were linked with a loan move for Coutinho at the end of last season, as Liverpool looked into the possibility of bringing him back to Anfield.
In the end it was Bayern Munich who were most prepared to stump up the cash for the midfielder, but Coutinho hasn't performed in quite the way the Germans were expecting.
Chelsea have also been linked with a move for the Brazilian in recent months, but the Blues recently signed Hakim Ziyech from Ajax and have also been linked with both Timo Werner and Jadon Sancho.
Coutinho hasn't spoken out on his future of late, although will likely want to fight for his place at Barcelona - his "dream" club - before considering another loan move away from La Liga.
