Sir Philip Green's Arcadia Group is to close four stores in Scotland as part of proposals to axe 23 shops, putting 520 jobs at risk.
Dorothy Perkins and Burton in Aberdeen and Burton and Topman in Glasgow's Buchanan Street are on the hit list.
The retail tycoon's empire put forward a rescue plan which will see the closure of Dorothy Perkins, Burton, Topshop and Topman stores.
Outfit, Miss Selfridge, Wallis and Evans stores have also been earmarked for closure.
Green recently lost his billionaire status, according to the latest Sunday Times Rich List.

All of the Arcadia stores in the UK and Ireland will "continue to trade as normal" ahead of Arcadia's crunch meeting with creditors on June 5 as it seeks approval for the closure plan.
All of the retailer's 11 Topman and Topshop stores in the US are also set to close.
