Philadelphia to ban all indoor gatherings as COVID-19 surges

Philadelphia will ban all indoor gatherings and severely limit outdoor events as COVID-19 increases "exponentially" in the sixth largest U.S. city, health commissioner Thomas Farley said Monday.
