The 2020 NFL schedule was released on Thursday night and the Eagles have a tough but favorable schedule this season.
NFL.com broke down the NFL season and ranked the top “spicy revenge” games on tap for this upcoming season.
Carson Wentz and the Eagles matchup with the Seattle Seahawks in Week 12 made the top of the list.

Week 12: Monday, Nov. 30 at 8:15 p.m. ET on ESPNCarson Wentz waited four seasons for his first playoff start with the Eagles. His debut lasted just two series before a helmet-to-helmet hit from Jadeveon Clowney ended his 2019 campaign. Clowney’s hit was ruled incidental by game officials, but many Eagles fans didn’t agree and expressed their outrage about the call during and after the ensuing 17-9 loss to Seattle. Now Wentz gets another crack at the Seahawks in prime time, though it remains to be seen if Clowney, who remains a free agent, will be on the field for this game. Who knows, maybe they’ll be teammates.
A current free agent, Clowney is unlikely to be a participant in the 2020 matchup after the Seahawks decided his current price doesn’t fit their salary cap needs.
Wentz exit from the game precipitated the Eagles move to acquire Jalen Hurts in the NFL Draft, in hopes of shoring up the backup quarterback spot.
