Philadelphia Eagles waive injured safety Obi Melifonwu

Less than four weeks after agreeing to a deal, the Eagles are moving on from safety Obi Melinfonwu with an injury designation.

Melifonwu signed with the Eagles last month.

Blake Countess was signed in a subsequent deal to replace Melifonwu on the roster.
