Philadelphia Eagles move into the next phase of training camp and what that entails

Amid the uncertainty of Doug Pederson’s positive Covid-19 test, the Philadelphia Eagles moved into the second phase of training camp on Monday.

The Eagles can continue the weight lifting portion of the acclimation process while also gaining an hour of on-field walkthroughs. Those weight lifting sessions will be limited to 60 minutes in the weight room, and 60 minutes of aerobic conditioning, with coaches being allowed to lead an hour-long walk-through as well.

The third phase, similar to OTA’s and onfield work in helmets, will begin on August 12.
