I've never heard of antão vaz, roupeiro or perrum. They are the three grape varieties blended to make this fabulous wine. Not a problem. All you need to know is that it pairs perfectly with ahi poke tuna with wasabi. It's great with Maryland crab cakes and even spinach and fennel salad. Mighty fine for $9.99.
