It should be a celebratory year for Location, Location, Location as it reaches 20 but there’s a hurdle – Brexit , Brexit, Brexit.
There are fewer house buyers and hunters to feature on the Channel 4 series.
Host Phil Spencer explains: “Over the past two years while this Brexit debacle has been building up, nobody has been moving, as there’s been massive uncertainty about what’s going to happen.”
Their new series starts filming just after Easter.
Phil says: “We’ve got the first four programmes lined up.

“Fortunately the programme has been around for such a long time.
“There are still people moving and needing help and advice, so they have applied – but I doubt in the same numbers they usually do.”
Speaking at the Ideal Home Show, he says we could see a quick turnaround when Brexit is sorted out.
But he adds: “Nobody knows what’s going on.”
All the more reason for advice from Kirstie and Phil.
