Phil Neville believes Paul Pogba not being in the last two starting line-ups for Manchester United is "absolutely disgraceful".
Pogba was not selected in either Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's last two teams from the start, making a cameo appearance in both games.
United were beaten 2-1 by Istanbul Basaksehir in the Champions League last week, before they beat Everton 3-1 at Goodison Park just three days later.
In Europe, Solskjaer picked Nemanja Matic and Donny van de Beek, and in the Premier League - the Norwegian went with Scott McTominay and Fred in the middle of the park.
Pogba's last start was in the 1-0 defeat to Arsenal at Old Trafford where he gave away a penalty after fouling Hector Bellerin and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang's goal from 12 yards out was enough for the Gunners to leave Manchester with all three points.
However, Neville has explained Pogba's significance to the United team, and cannot quite believe his omission from the team in the last couple of games.
Talking to Premier League Productions, the ex-United full-back said: "I still think it's absolutely disgraceful that Pogba can't get in that team.
"For United to win a league, for United to be successful, for United to play the style of football that Ole wants them to plan then Pogba has to play.
"You can play one of them: Matic, Fred or McTominay, and then you can play Pogba with (Bruno) Fernandes."
Pogba has actually played more games from the bench this season - six - than he has from the start - five.
The 27-year-old central midfielder has been named in France's squad for their upcoming UEFA Nations League matches against Finland, Portugal and Sweden.
Pogba's United team-mate Anthony Martial has also been picked by Didier Deschamps.
