Peyton Manning provides 500 meals for healthcare workers, first responders

As the world adjusts to a state of isolation amid the coronavirus outbreak, healthcare workers and first responders aren’t afforded the luxury of staying home. Former Indianapolis Colts quarterback Peyton Manning is helping ease their way of life during this crazy time.

As a way to help the healthcare workers and first responders at Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital, Manning and his wife Ashley teamed up with St. Elmo Steakhouse to provide 500 meals for those that have to continue working in these harsh times.

Though Manning stopped playing for the Colts in 2012, his heart has always been in Indy and the city has always loved him for what he did off the field just as a much what he accomplished on the gridiron.

This is a tough time for everyone, but the healthcare workers and first responders have it especially difficult. It’s nice to see the Manning family pitch in despite all of the difficulties that have arrived in the last few months.
