A petting zoo featuring a pony, pygmy goat and lambs has arrived at The Three Sisters pub in Edinburgh's Cowgate.
The animals are visiting the venue courtyard today as part of the Free Kids Festival – Fringe For Bairns 2019.
Animal Day, which will run from 10am to 2pm, will also feature animal themed arts and crafts, a magician, balloon modeller and a face painter.
Movie Zootopia will also be shown on the big screens from 11am.
While today is Animal Day at the pub, tomorrow (Wednesday) will be superhero themed.
Those going along from 9.45am can expect plenty of magic, arts and crafts and a movie.
