PetroChina International secures two-year deal to supply Australia jet fuel

BEIJING (Reuters) - - PetroChina International, a subsidiary of Chinese state energy giant PetroChina <0857.HK>, has won a tender to supply for two years aviation fuel to Australia, parent company CNPC said on Monday

- PetroChina International won a tender issued by Kuwait Petroleum Corp seeking jet fuel for two years

- PetroChina agreed to supply a total of 1.34 million tonnes of aviation fuel, CNPC said, without specifying the specific timeframe for the contract

- PetroChina refineries, such as Dalian, Jinzhou and Guangxi Qinzhou, have since 2015 been exporting premium-quality refined fuel to Australia, CNPC said
