Petmania launch competition to find Ireland's Puppy of the Year

Get your pooches ready because a nationwide search for Puppy of the Year is underway.

Petmania launched their search for the top dog in Limerick on Thursday as the county have had the last two winners.

Over the next two months, the hunt is on for the pup who’ll be the face of Petmania next year.

The winning puppy will receive a top prize worth over €1500 and in-store entries will open on April 6.

Emily Miller, Petmania’s Marketing Manager, said: “We are excited to launch our fifth ever Puppy of the Year competition.

Irish Rail appeal to owner of lost dog being minded at Heuston Station, Dublin 

“We unofficially refer to Limerick as Ireland’s capital of cute having seen two past winners from the county take home the Puppy of the Year title.”
